* Location: Wollongong with flexible working arrangements available (6 days a week from home per fortnight and 4 days in office per fortnight (flexibility can be discussed at interview)
* Salary Clerk Grade 9/10: from $129,464 to $142,665 base + superannuation
About the role
* IT manager position supervises and manages escalation matters within the Product and Delivery team and is responsible for analysing business objectives, services, processes, and information needs to identify and implement opportunities for business improvements.
* Facilitate the setting of priorities for change initiatives of high complexity, taking responsibility for investigation and implementation of changes to program scope.
* Identify and document business and functional processes, allowing requirements to align to user stories, ensuring approved standards improve efficiency, effectiveness and usability of systems
Assisted School Travel Program
The Assisted School Travel Program (ASTP) plays a significant role in meeting the needs of eligible students with disability by providing free specialised transport to and from school where parents and carers are unable to provide or arrange transport for the student either fully or in part. The program provides around 3,000 individual transport services through contracted service providers, free of charge to approximately 13,000 students across NSW in both government and non-government schools.
