Responsibilities
Your areas of responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Specialist Suites
You will be critical to leading sustainable change management in the dynamic multidisciplinary health service environment in line with Mater Values.
Qualifications
Extensive post-graduate specialty nursing experience, preferably minimum 5 years
The ability to effectively manage a clinical cost centre
Management of Outpatient and Elective Surgery Waitlists, ensuring patients are treated in time and in turn, in accordance with SOSIS, GESIS and ESIS
Building and maintaining business relationships with associates at other Mater facilities and associated Hospital and Health Services
Assessment and advising on nursing and administration processes, policies and procedures
