About the program:
In the Store Manager in Training program, SMITs will have the opportunity to enhance their leadership and technical abilities in readiness for a Store Manager position. The 6-month program will encompass participation in leadership and skilled development courses, shadowing roles, engaging in on-the-job activities, and undertaking caretaking responsibilities. Additionally, you will receive guidance from both a mentor and a coach throughout the program.

Flexibility to transfer between stores will be required throughout the program and upon completion of your training.
To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:
You have completed the STRETCH program within the last 3 years.
You have successfully completed a period of Store Manager caretaking.
You have an active IDP.
