Senior Retail Consultant
The role entails working in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering excellent customer service and handling sales and customer interaction queries. The candidate will be accountable for managing stock, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer experiences to both walk-in and telephone customers
* Buying and selling of precious metals
* Guiding customers through their shopping journey, building rapport, and developing trust
* Managing customer inquiries or complaints and resolving conflicts where necessary
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years experience in supervising staff in a retail or customer-facing industry
* Strong initiative, autonomy, reliability, and punctuality
* Confidence to learn new computer systems
* Police clearance (essential)
* Must be over 18 years old
