Due to exciting planned strong growth, we are seeking **Expressions of Interest for a Desktop Motor Assessor** to join our Gold Coast team.
- Open TP Claims
- QBE TP Claims
- Central Estimating
- Quote Support
- Site Estimator Leave Support
- Complete vehicle damage assessments via Images
- Ensure compliance with legislation
- Achieve fast turnaround times and control costs
- Liaise with both Insurer and our recommended repair network
- Completing WOVR documents for Total Loss Vehicles
**This opportunity is for you if you have**:
- Trade qualification - Motor Mechanic, Panel Beating and/or Spray Painting
- Experience in an Assessing or Estimating role will be highly regarded, but not necessary
- Strong communication and negotiating skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- High attention to detail and a focus on customer service
- Experience in the use of Estimage
- Strong computer literacy skills, proficient with MS Office product, and the ability to learn new systems
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills demonstrating your flair for exceptional customer service
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and passion to learn and succeed.
