Your new role
As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of site activities. You'll ensure all work is performed safely, to specification, and in line with project programs.
Your duties will include:
* Maintaining a safe site and ensuring all work meets legislative and company HSEQ requirements
* Managing site establishment, logistics, material deliveries, and resource allocation
* Implementing short- and long-term construction programs and tracking progress against schedule
* Liaising closely with subcontractors, suppliers, internal staff, and project stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
* Supporting problem-solving on site and ensuring quality standards are upheld
* Using industry software (including HammerTech) to manage HSEQ and site processes
* Reporting safety, quality, and environmental incidents to the relevant manager and contributing to the Integrated Management System (IMS)
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will bring:
* Previous experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial fit‑out or refurbishment projects
* Trade qualification (carpentry or relevant building trade) and Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction
* White Card and First Aid certificate
* Strong ability to interpret plans, drawings, and construction programs
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships on site
* Solid understanding of WHS obligations, quality control processes, and general construction procedures
