OverviewSnap Organics is seeking a dedicated Naturopath/Nutritionist-Retail Assistant to join our team in our Coburg North, VIC store.
In this casual role, you will provide expert natural health advice to customers and assist with general retail duties.What you'll be doingOffering personalised consultations and recommendations to customers on natural health solutions, supplements and alternative therapiesMaintaining up-to-date knowledge on natural health trends, products and industry regulationsAssisting with day-to-day operations of the retail store, including customer service, stock management and visual merchandisingCollaborating with the wider team to deliver an exceptional customer experienceSupporting the growth and development of the natural health offering within the storeWhat we're looking forA qualification in Naturopathy, Nutrition or a related natural health disciplineDemonstrated experience in a customer-facing natural health or retail roleStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to educate and inform customersA passion for natural and organic products, and a commitment to promoting holistic health and wellbeingExcellent time management and multitasking abilities to juggle both customer service and retail dutiesEnthusiasm for working in a team-oriented team environmentWhat we offerAt Snap Organics, we are committed to supporting the wellbeing of our employees.
