Based in Enterprise Testing & Integrated Environments and Release Service as a Tools Specialist you will support and enable our Enterprise Testing Community to deliver testing activities by ensuring our testing tools and frameworks are fit for purpose.

**As a Tools Specialist you'll get to...**
- Develop pipelines for test automation and provide DevOps expertise and support for the Enterprise Testing team.
- Integrate automated testing and test tools with existing pipelines.
- Enable efficiency of testing by implementing testing tools frameworks to ensure test scripts are easily sourced for reuse.
- Have ownership of the Bank's Environment, Release Data and Testing tools, including the relationship with the vendors.
- Be accountable for tool licensing, tool software currency and tool version upgrade co-ordination as well as tool user administration and support for testing tools and DevOps pipelines/DevOps integration.
- Assess new tools and technologies that will support the testing process, with a view to reduce operational costs and increase efficiency and quality.
- Vendor management reporting.
**About you**
- Experience working with DevOps tools and practices, development of pipelines.
- You'll have test automation experience along with coding experience with languages such as Java, Node.js, PowerShell or similar.
- Experience with testing frameworks, standards, processes, toolset procurement, vendor management and support.
- A working understanding of test management software, including administration functions.
- Understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS or GCP.
- Project management experience deploying tools, processes and associated change management.
- You'll have the ability to interact with our vendor partners and program stakeholders; and will provide input, options, and recommendations as it relates to business, product, customer needs, and projects.
