Duties
* Welcoming visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
* Managing up to date database
* Prepare marketing material for Insight Institute's student recruitment events, student expos and conferences.
* Deal with enquiries from prospective students and agents.
* Liaise with Insight Institute's admissions department for issuing of offer letters and CoEs to international students for all courses.
* Monitor the market for developments, risks and opportunities and build this information into the marketing and recruitment activities as appropriate.
* Follow up for student attendance
* Conducting orientation for students
* Assisting in accounts receivable and general bookkeeping
Qualifications
* Will have robust, professional communication skills, an eye for the details and be someone who's comfortable both processing accurate data and information as well as speaking to both internal and external customers.
* At least bachelor degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, IT or Public Relationship will be advantage
* Bilingual with sound English will be advantage ( Mandarin, Vietnamese, Spanish, Portuguese)
* Willingness to learn current systems
* Readiness to take adhoc duties
* Must know MS office
* Available to work on one Weekend.
