About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and community‐focused Community Manager to join our client in a full‐time, on‐site role based in Officer. This role is the senior on‐site leader responsible for the day‐to‐day management of a residential community, with a focus on resident engagement, community operations, facilities oversight, compliance, and administration. You will lead and coordinate on‐site contractors while working closely with a broader operational team.
This is a full‐time, Monday–Friday role with some after‐hours availability required for urgent matters and occasional community events. Flexible arrangements may be considered to support work‐life balance.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day‐to‐day operational, administrative, and community management functions of the site
* Act as the primary point of contact for residents, homeowners, and their families
* Provide leadership and supervision to on‐site contractors and service providers
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, planning permits, and organisational policies
* Manage resident agreements, documentation, and arrears in line with applicable regulations
* Oversee maintenance of facilities, grounds, and communal infrastructure
* Ensure communal areas are safe, clean, and well‐maintained at all times
* Support budgeting, financial tracking, and reporting requirements
* Prepare operational updates and reports for leadership
* Coordinate and support resident engagement activities and community events
* Respond to and manage after‐hours matters when required
About You
You are an organised, people‐focused leader with strong communication skills and the ability to balance operational management, compliance, and resident engagement.

* Experience in community management, property management, hospitality, or tourism
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
* Sound administrative and organisational capability with attention to detail
* Understanding of compliance requirements in residential or facilities environments
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with property or booking systems desirable)
* Ability to work independently and lead on‐site contractors or small teams
