Qualifications
What you will bring to the role:
* Passion for connecting with people and providing luxury hospitality
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* High level of emotional intelligence and relationship management skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in using hotel management software (Opera Cloud preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
