About the Role
Techskill Academy (an EFLR group compnay) is seeking an assertive, data-driven Sales Manager to oversee our growing network of independent sales contractors operating under our Affiliate Sales Partner (ASP) Licensee Program. These licensees are ACN holders who trade under the Techskill Academy brand and are expected to meet weekly revenue targets while adhering to performance frameworks, KPIs, and compliance protocols.
Your core responsibility is to drive performance outcomes across the affiliate network, manage contractor accountability, and ensure consistent delivery against sales expectations, Techskill standards, and our brand promise.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and performance manage a portfolio of 10–20 affiliate licensees (and growing).
* Monitor daily sales metrics, lead conversion rates, and pipeline performance via CRM and dashboards.
* Identify underperformance early and intervene with structured improvement plans.
* Conduct weekly 1:1 performance reviews and monthly data-led business reviews with affiliates.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners are aligned with brand, process, and product compliance.
* Champion the "consultative selling" model and uphold Techskill's reputation for quality and outcomes.
* Manage onboarding and training for new licensees
* Provide visibility to leadership via reporting on performance, risk areas, and recommendations.
* Lead by example - achieve a personal sales target (approximate 20% of week).
About You
You are not afraid to hold others to account. You balance empathy with high standards and are motivated by seeing others perform at their best. You are commercially sharp and comfortable making decisions based on data.
Must-Have Skills:
* Proven success in performance management, sales operations, or field team leadership
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of revenue targets and levers
* High emotional intelligence combined with assertiveness
* Fluent in using CRMs, sales dashboards, and data to guide decisions
* Experience working with independent contractors or licensee/franchise models (highly desirable)
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving structures in high-growth environments
