Business Development Manager – Residential & Commercial Property Management / Strata
(Base $80K-$100K + Uncapped Commissions)

We're searching for a Business Development Manager who can turn relationships into results and growth into opportunity. This is more than sales—it's about building partnerships, expanding markets, and shaping the future of Ember Plumbing & Gas.

What You'll Do
* Develop and implement strategies to grow our business in the residential, commercial, and strata sectors.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with property and strata managers.
* Collaborate with our operations team to deliver exceptional service to clients.
* Act as the first point of contact for new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and clear communication.
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM, tracking leads and opportunities.
* Meet and exceed sales targets with a base salary + uncapped commission structure.
* Actively identifies and pursues new business opportunities within the Perth market.

Who You Are
* Experienced in business development, sales, or client management, ideally in property management, strata, or related industries.
* Well-connected, with an existing network of property or strata managers, or motivated to build one quickly.
* A relationship-builder who understands client needs and communicates with professionalism and warmth.
* Results-driven, thriving in a target-oriented environment.
* Comfortable using CRM systems to manage and track client relationships.
* An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
* Innovative and proactive, willing to introduce new systems and processes to improve efficiency and drive growth.
