Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and project support for ongoing research, including stakeholder engagement, budget management, and compliance monitoring.
The Project Officer will work closely with the research team to ensure timely progression and high-quality outcomes in research activities. This will involve facilitating detailed planning, analysis, and preparation of documentation aligned with research protocols and submission standards.
In addition, the Project Officer will be responsible for monitoring budgets, managing funding processes, ensuring financial accuracy, and coordinating purchasing and payment resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience;
* Previous research experience from university or government;
* Experience project managing multiple work streams in a functional environment;
* Strong documentation skills, including attention to detail and synthesising information into summaries.
