This includes involvement, support for and understanding of Claims and Fitness for work activities.Assist managers and supervisors in the day-to-day implementation of their HSE responsibilities and provide verbal and written reports as agreedMaintain and coordinate induction, training, information and instructions for HSE.Maintain and improve HSE documentationEnsure that all corrective actions are communicated and completed.Maintain and assist with HSE management systems, accreditation and legislation and plans.Assist with the implementation of the site HSE Committee.Ensure that systems for maintaining and displaying information and records relating to HSE for the site are maintained in alignment with Group, division and site HSE tools provided.Act as a role model to all employees by demonstrating full support of Thales Australia's occupational health, safety and environmental programs.KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCETo be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:Certificate IV in WHS preferred but not essentialPractical experience in the application of ISO Management SystemsPractical experience in process, hardware/software, services quality assurance/controlMinimum 2 years experience in a similar roleExperience interacting with management through to shop floor personnelPractical knowledge of the production /construction and/or manufacturing environmentAbility to work with minimal supervisionSound computer skills in use of MS OFFICE productsGood to KnowYou'll get an email acknowledgement after you've applied, Thales strives to provide a personalised experience for all suitable applicants.As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate Australian Government clearance.
