What You'll Be Doing
Lead and supervise subdivision projects for retirement villages SOR.
Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety and compliance.
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to meet project timelines.
Monitor quality standards and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and the project team.
What You'll Bring
Minimum 5+ years' experience supervising subdivisions and civil works.
Strong planning, organisational, and leadership skills.
Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
