Location: CQUniversity Rockhampton, Gladstone, Bundaberg, Cairns, Emerald, Townsville, or Mackay.
Job Family: Higher Education Worker Level 5.
Remuneration: $99,443 to $111,863 per annum (including salary $84,031 to $94,526 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading).
Responsibilities
* Execute email nurture journeys using established marketing automation and connected platforms.
* Build, schedule, and deploy communications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and brand standards.
* Coordinate content inputs, conduct quality assurance checks, and maintain data integrity across campaigns.
* Monitor campaign activity, manage enquiries, and support continuous process improvement.
* Generate routine performance reports, highlight trends and insights to inform optimisation.
Qualifications
* Relevant qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated experience implementing digital marketing across data‐driven channels such as email, forms, and landing pages.
* Experience with or the ability to quickly learn CRM or marketing automation platforms.
* Strong time‐management skills, coordinating multiple tasks, approvals, and deployments to meet deadlines.
* Clear written communication and basic reporting skills, interpreting dashboards and identifying trends.
