What role will you play?
As an Application Support Specialist, you will provide expert support for our suite of Java-based applications, directly assisting customers with their day-to-day banking needs. You'll work with modern tools and technologies to monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve our services, contributing to a culture of learning and excellence. Your role will also involve liaising across teams to resolve issues, enhance processes, and share knowledge within a collaborative environment.
What you offer
* Demonstrated experience supporting Java applications, with strong debugging and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerisation, and modern monitoring tools such as Sumologic or Dynatrace
* Ability to communicate clearly and coordinate effectively with colleagues, including participating in on-call rotations when required
* A proactive approach to documenting solutions and sharing insights to improve team knowledge and customer outcomes
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and contributing to ongoing process improvements.
