Job Title: Financial Risk Manager
Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and protecting profits through proactive debt management and effective credit control practices. This position involves daily management and tracking of debts, including key accounts and management agencies, through regular customer contact and collaboration with third-party collection agencies when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively manage outstanding debt and unbilled accounts to maximise cash flow and protect profits.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure efficient financial risk management and high standards of service.
* Collaborate with third-party collection agencies as needed to achieve timely collections and minimise exposure to bad debt.
* Support administrative processes such as tenancy and management agency changes, legal recovery actions, and report generation for stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrable experience within a customer service environment.
* Proven debt management skills and experience.
* IT skills in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
