Responsibilities
As our receptionist, you will provide excellent customer service to our customers, whether as a walk-in, over the phone or via email.
Our hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, and we are open to both full and part-time applicants.
Requirements
As first point of contact for our customers, deliver an outstanding service in person, via all channels including phone and email.
Schedule bookings, manage jobs, and ensure timeframes are communicated and met.
Provide accurate and timely quotations, ensuring strong attention to detail and driving conversions.
Own and continually improve the customer experience.
Candidates must have Australian work rights.
Qualifications
Proven experience working in a workshop office management/front-of-house/reception role for automotive.
Several years of general customer service experience.
Solution-focused and strong attention to detail.
Strong communicator with the ability to prioritise and assign tasks.
A strong understanding of the automotive industry would be desirable.
