We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate 4WD & Automotive Accessory Fitter to join our team. Whether you're an experienced fitter or just starting your career and eager to learn, this is an exciting opportunity to work with industry-leading IRONMAN 4x4 products and become the go‑to expert for off‑road upgrades and vehicle enhancements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Fit and install a wide range of 4WD accessories, including suspension upgrades, bull bars, recovery gear, and more.
* Work with premium IRONMAN 4x4 products and cutting‑edge tools.
* Deliver top‑quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
* Keep your workspace clean, organised, and safe.
* Be part of a friendly, supportive team that loves what they do.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
* A genuine passion for 4WDs, accessories, and the outdoor lifestyle.
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
* Pride in your work and a commitment to quality.Good communication and customer service skills.
* Experience fitting 4WD or automotive accessories (or the drive to learn with full training provided).
* Basic understanding of automotive fitting principles and safe use of vehicle hoists.
