Job Title: Senior Process Engineer
A highly skilled process engineer is required to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our LNG facility. This role involves working across a range of engineering disciplines and operational teams to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the long-term success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert process engineering support across LNG, Combined Cycle Power Plant, and Utilities systems.
* Lead the development of process documentation, simulations, and technical studies.
* Monitor operating integrity envelopes and respond to emergent threats to production and reliability.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including operations, maintenance, HSE, and commercial.
* Participate in risk assessments, HAZOPs, and technical reviews.
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to recruitment efforts.
* Ensure compliance with national and international standards, safety cases, and performance standards.
Requirements:
* Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.
* Strong technical knowledge in process engineering, ideally within LNG or downstream operations.
* Familiarity with process safety, equipment reliability, and technical systems (e.g., HYSYS, OLGA, SCADA).
* Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and managing engineering change.
* Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills.
* Collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Current Australian driver's licence and access to transport to Bladin Point.
