We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead a dynamic and highly collaborative service at Katherine Hospital. This is a rare and rewarding opportunity to oversee a service that coordinates visiting specialist clinics and remote outreach services, playing a critical role in improving access to care and patient outcomes across the Big Rivers Region.
About the Role
In this senior leadership role, you will:
* Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Specialist Outpatients Clinic
* Coordinate and support visiting specialist services and outreach clinics across the region
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders to optimise service delivery
* Drive service planning, performance monitoring and quality improvement initiatives
* Manage human, financial and material resources to ensure sustainable service delivery
* Act as a key clinical and operational reference point within the service
About You
You are a confident and experience leader who brings:
* Demonstrated high-level leadership experience in complex, multidisciplinary healthcare environments
* Strong capability in service coordination, stakeholder engagement and system improvement
* Proven ability to analyse performance data and implement evidence-based improvements
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across teams
* A commitment to culturally safe care
* Postgraduate qualifications or working towards them in the relevant specialty
