About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative to join a leading provider of premium outdoor and vehicle lifestyle products. This role focuses on building strong partnerships with retailers, fitment centres, and fleet customers across VIC and SA, driving growth through innovative solutions and exceptional service.

You'll be the key point of contact for customers, helping them access a diverse range of outdoor products including roof racks, vehicle accessories, tents, and mobile cooking solutions. If you enjoy consultative selling, thrive in a dynamic environment, and have a passion for the outdoor lifestyle, this is the perfect next step in your sales career.

Duties

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers, acting as their primary contact for all product and service needs.
* Seek out new business opportunities within your territory to grow market share and revenue.
* Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
* Implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and drive growth.
* Coordinate promotional activities and showroom displays to enhance product visibility.
* Organise and attend events such as trade shows, open days, and industry networking sessions (including some weekends).
* Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and input into sales strategy meetings.
* Stay up to date with product developments and market trends to support customer conversations.

Skills & Experience

* Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within the outdoor, camping, or 4x4 industry.
* Strong consultative selling skills and ability to influence decision-makers.
* Excellent communication and relationship management capabilities.
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
* Technical aptitude and understanding of outdoor products such as roof racks, vehicle accessories, tents, and mobile cooking equipment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Prepared to travel within VIC and SA; current driver's licence required.
