Property Manager
Due to expansion, our high‐performing and highly team‐oriented property company is hiring an additional "Property Manager" to join our energetic and ultra‐friendly team focused on client services and passionate support for our team members.
We are big on teamwork, always have a good laugh and at the same time creating the best real estate practices in the industry.
You will have the opportunity to work with property management and property professionals who are highly experienced, driven and focused on achieving results together as a highly team‐oriented unit.
FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED if you do not have any experience.

Responsibilities
* Being one of the contact persons for property owners, tenants and trades.
* Assisting with a variety of inspections, viewings and routine inspections.
* Marketing and advertising campaign management for rentals.
* Providing maintenance support to clients and tenants.
* Performing property management related tasks.
Candidate Requirements
* Is willing to be a team player, learn and grow.
* Interested in the real estate industry and wanting to create a successful career in real estate.
* Ability to speak any Asian language or Chinese (basic level) is nice to have but not compulsory.
