Bunbury Refrigeration & Air Conditioning seeks a friendly and organized part-time/casual receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is proficient in multitasking and managing various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage front desk activities, including greeting guests, answering phones, and handling company inquiries.
* Organize and schedule appointments, maintain records, and support team members with clerical tasks.
* Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, manage mail and deliveries, and ensure office security protocols.
Requirements:
* Proven administrative experience in any industry.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and office management systems.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
* An eagerness to learn and adapt to industry needs
Details:
Part-time or casual position - approximately 2-3 days per week.
Hours are negotiable.
Office location: 3/26 Denning Road, East Bunbury, WA 6230.
