Locum Physiotherapist Opportunity in Mount Barker, WA
We are seeking a caring and competent physiotherapist to cover our practice from October 20th – November 7th, 2025. The role offers the opportunity of a permanent position for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will be working in a supportive medical centre setting in Mount Barker, WA, as the sole physiotherapist on duty during this period. A thorough handover process will be provided, ensuring a seamless transition into the role.
Key responsibilities include assessing movement and effective exercise prescription through Functional Movement Systems (FMS), with high-quality manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, and Lifestyle Medicine counseling to provide personal and holistic care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* AHPRA-registered physiotherapist
* Confident in musculoskeletal practice and exercise prescription
* Comfortable providing care in home visit / aged care setting

Schedule:
* Monday & Wednesday (full clinic days): 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, musculoskeletal case load, 30-minute appointments (max 13/day), generous breaks for lunch, tea, and admin
* Tuesday & Thursday (mixed days): 7–8 clinic clients in the morning, 2–3 home visit clients in the afternoon
* Friday: 5 × 1-hour home visit clients
