What does a typical day look like in a Shop?
- Welcoming and engaging customers.
- Processing transactions through point of sale, including cash and eftpos payments.
- Sorting and pricing donations.
- Creating vibrant displays to attract shoppers.
- Keeping the shop clean and tidy.
- Following all shop processes.
What skills do you need?
- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Sociable and engaging with others.
- Happy to work as part of a team.
- Adaptable and willing to do any of the shop tasks.
- Commitment to your nominated shift.
What’s the application process?

- Friendly interview in store, with opportunity to ask questions.
- You must be at least 15 years of age (QLD – must be 16).
- Completion of a National Police check (paid for by Red Cross).
- Completion of an induction into our organisation and Retail program.
