ABOUT THE POSITION
As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing, coordinating, and maintaining BIM models across a range of complex and high-quality building services projects. Working closely with engineers, designers, and project managers, you'll ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in model delivery while supporting the ongoing improvement of BIM processes and standards within a collaborative and close-knit team environment.
DUTIES
Manage and coordinate BIM models across multiple building services disciplines
Perform clash detections and resolve model coordination issues across disciplines
Implement and support BIM workflows and quality assurance processes
Provide training, guidance, and technical support to project teams
Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Drafting, or a related discipline
Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator within the Building Services industry
Advanced proficiency in Revit and a strong understanding of BIM workflows and standards
Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach to project delivery
