We are seeking an experienced and capable Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of a well‑established hospitality business in the Avon Valley, located about 85 kilometres northeast of Perth. The business includes accommodation, a liquor store, and a restaurant.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who understands how a hotel truly runs and is comfortable taking responsibility for both staff and standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise all venue operations with a focus on consistent performance
* Overall management of hotel accommodation, restaurant, and liquor store operations
* Set, manage, and achieve agreed revenue targets across all business areas
* Understand, monitor, and manage financial performance, including revenue, costs, and margins
* Staff supervision, training, and performance management
* Ensuring compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations
* Maintaining high standards of customer service and presentation
* At least 10 years proven experience in a senior hospitality management role
* Sound leadership skills and the ability to lead by example
* Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
