Job Overview
The Clinical Lead is a senior position that requires an individual to lead and promote high-quality Community Mental Health Service through expert clinical input, workforce capability development, quality improvement strategies, and collaboration with other service partners.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide direct clinical work in partnership with multidisciplinary Community teams to deliver evidence-based mental health interventions to children, young people, and families.
Key Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or a related field.
* Possess excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment
The team operates from Bloomfield Hospital, Orange; and across Orange hub including Lachlan area (Parkes, Forbes, Condobolin).
