About the Opportunity Berendsen Fluid Power is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead the successful team at our Clontarf Branch. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the branch’s market presence, and playing a key role in the ongoing development of employees. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the branch and lead your team to achieve excellent customer service, while delivering financial and strategic objectives. Our branch specialises in the repair of heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders, typically for the mining industry, as well as all hydraulic repair and maintenance services to general industry. About You Industry knowledge within the hydraulics sector will be highly advantageous (not essential), along with the following attributes: Leadership skills and a passion for delivering high quality results to customers. This is a customer facing role, so you will need to be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Strong people management skills, dedicated to being a great leader for the team. Sales and financial management skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. A proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities. A complete understanding of maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
