Sales Executive - Territory Growth Specialist
The Sales Executive - Territory Growth Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth within a defined industry and geographic territory. This role involves managing direct and indirect deals, leveraging partners, and executing business strategies to fulfill customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular forecasts for the assigned industry and territory, utilizing CRM as required by management.
* Target key accounts and prospects within a defined sales territory by industry, geography, or product group, focusing on building meaningful relationships with customers.
* Develop and execute a business plan to maximize opportunities and achieve sales objectives within the defined industry and geographic territory.
* Provide leadership, training, and resources to improve local resellers' skill set to drive key sales objectives.
* Establish effective long-term customer relationships, working collaboratively with all levels within the account.
* Leverage chosen sales processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize sales performance.
* Coordinate internal resources with representatives from pre-sales and other internal organizations to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
* Develop industry sector knowledge to stay up-to-date with market trends and customer needs.
* Support all strategic plans and marketing campaigns to promote sales growth and customer engagement.
Requirements:
* We are looking for candidates with AEC industry experience (or cloud-based construction experience) and +5 years of BD or direct selling experience in a matrix organization, with demonstrated success in building pipeline and closing deals.
