Our Centre Administration Officer will provide vital onsite administrative and event coordination support to ensure the smooth operation of our Manufacturing Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Maryborough.
What you will do
* Administrative support including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing filing systems in line with organisational procedures.
* Customer service as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, including day-to-day operations, facility and room bookings and event logistics.
* Support and promote site safety processes, including visitor sign-in and induction coordination.
* General administrative support to the team in relation to projects and procurement, and secretariat services for internal and external meetings and forums; and assist with financial tasks such as invoices and purchase orders; and maintain office supplies.
* Assist with routine communications and enquiries, ensuring timely distribution of correspondence; and help coordinate promotional materials and social media updates.
* Support the planning, coordination, and execution of industry engagement initiatives, including liaising with suppliers, assisting with procurement and tracking project and program activity, and contribute to developing reports.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of MSQ's projects and programs, working flexibly and assisting with other duties as reasonably directed.

* Practical proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, database management, office administration systems, and event coordination tools.
* Familiarity with financial processes such as invoicing and purchase orders is advantageous.
* Experience in a similar role, and relevant certificates or qualifications are highly desirable.
* A current driver's licence and ability to travel as required.
