What You'll Be Doing
1. Delivering genuinely great customer experiences every day
2. Helping customers with transactions, account enquiries, and everyday banking
3. Supporting branch goals through warm, proactive engagement
4. Learning and applying banking processes with accuracy and confidence
5. Travelling to different branches and being a hero filling in where needed
6. Joining a vibrant, supportive, community‑driven team

8. Quick learner who adapts easily to new systems and environments
9. A friendly, positive communicator who brings great energy
10. Reliable, flexible, and ready to jump in where needed
11. A valid driver's licence + willingness to travel
12. Financial services awareness is a bonus — but not essential
