Are you looking to kickstart your career in healthcare? Do you love helping people, staying organised, and working in a team environment that genuinely cares? Forward Health is on the lookout for a friendly, motivated, and reliable Junior Client Care Coordinator to join our vibrant team! This is a part-time role (2-3 days/week), perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in a supportive clinic setting. You’ll be the smiling face at the front desk, helping our community feel welcomed, cared for, and well looked after.
We are looking for someone who is available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with potential for more work on Fridays.
What you’ll be doing:
As a key part of our Client Care Team, your daily duties will include:
* Opening and closing the clinic
* Setting up treatment rooms for the day to ensure everything is clean, organised, and ready to go
* Managing laundry and maintaining our clinic’s clean, calm environment
* Keeping our space tidy and welcoming, including waiting areas and treatment rooms throughout the day
* Greeting patients warmly and checking them in
* Answering phone calls and assisting with bookings or patient enquiries
* Calling patients with referrals to help schedule their appointments
* Processing payments and private health claims
* Working closely with our practitioners to ensure smooth coordination across the day
* Assisting with stocktake and supplies so we never run out of the essentials
* Light administrative tasks to help support the team (like scanning, filing, or patient follow-up)
Who you are:
* A warm, people-person who loves to make others feel at ease
* A reliable team player with great attention to detail
* Confident with multitasking and staying organised during busy moments
* Willing to learn and grow – previous reception experience is a bonus but not essential!
* Comfortable using phones, computers, and learning new systems
