We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our team at a rural healthcare facility in NSW. This is a permanent full-time or part-time position, offering a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
About the Role
* This role involves providing high-quality patient care as directed by the Nurse Manager, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse/Midwife. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate health information and communicating effectively with the team, patients, and families.
* You will perform key duties within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse, including providing safe patient care and maintaining accurate records.
The successful candidate will have current registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). They will also have demonstrated skill in Aged Care Nursing and be able to organise and prioritise work, use a person-centred approach, and adapt to change in care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide safe patient care as directed by the Nurse Manager, under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Midwife.
* Maintain accurate health information and documentation for patients.
* Communicate effectively with the team, patients, and families.
* Perform key duties within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Demonstrated skill in Aged Care Nursing.
* Ability to organise and prioritise work; use a person-centred approach and adapt to change in care delivery.
* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
