Experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential for this role as a Community Care Worker.
As a key member of the community team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to residents.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting with operational aspects and security associated with the community
* Providing high-level customer service to all residents
* Managing materials, consumables, grounds, building and financial resources efficiently
* Carrying out routine inspections to ensure safety of all residents
* Presenting the community grounds and gardens to a high standard
* General gardening duties, experience with swimming management preferred
* Coordinating external trades and contractors effectively
* Working closely with the Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations
Requirements:
* Permanent resident facility management experience while living on site
* Physical fitness required for the demands of the role
* A self-starter who can drive results and work autonomously
* Pride in work and commitment to delivering a consistent presentation in a high-end Land Lease Community
