What You'll Lead & Achieve
* Lead & Develop High‐Performing Store Teams - Coach, inspire and build capability across Store Managers and teams, ensuring strong succession pipelines and continuous development.
* Drive Commercial Performance Across the Region - Deliver sales, wage and profit targets by analysing data, identifying opportunities, and executing initiatives that lift financial results.
* Ensure Operational Excellence & Customer Experience - Maintain consistent standards in operations, VM and omni‐channel service, ensuring every store delivers a high‐quality experience.
* Make Balanced, Values‐Led People Decisions - Apply sound judgement in performance and people decisions, balancing commercial outcomes with team wellbeing and engagement.
* Lead Change & Strengthen Stakeholder Relationships - Champion change initiatives and build strong relationships across stores, support office and key partners to drive alignment and execution.
What You'll Bring...
We're seeking a leader with the capability and experience to drive commercial, operational and people excellence across a multi‐site retail environment.
* Similar experience in the retail industry – strong grounding in retail operations & experience managing large teams and competing priorities.
* Strong commercial acumen – able to interpret data, drive performance and influence operational delivery.
* Proven leadership capability – coaching, succession planning, performance management and overall business management.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills – able to engage, motivate and communicate with impact.
* Strategic thinking and planning capability – applying a broader lens to decisions and future planning.
* Risk management capability – ensuring safe, compliant and well‐managed operational environments.
