You'll manage a team P&L;, budgets and targets whilst making placements of your own.
**Requirements for this role**
- Senior experience as an agency recruiter.
- Demonstrable successes delivering above budget and exceeding targets.
- Highly skilled sales and Business Development capability.
- Natural leadership capabilities and ability to manage a team.
