What the role involves
Operate underground diamond drill rigs safely and efficiently.
Lead and mentor Offsiders on site procedures and safe work practices.
Liaise with clients regarding hole and sample production.
Perform pressure and sectional grouting.
Complete safety documentation and inspections.
Set up, dismantle, and relocate rigs and associated equipment.
Maintain and clean rigs, vehicles, and tools.
To be successful you must have and provide
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident status only.
Cert III in Drilling (essential).
Minimum 4 years underground diamond drilling experience.
Unrestricted Manual C Class licence.
National Police Clearance with no disclosable outcomes (within 3 months).
Strong commitment to safety, high attention to detail, and leadership skills.
Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen.
