About the Role
We are currently seeking trade‑qualified Chef de Partie & experienced chefs to join our team in Full‑Time (Hourly) and Casual positions. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver a consistent, high‑quality pub menu using fresh ingredients and efficient systems.

Employment Terms:
All positions are paid hourly under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award (HIGA), including all applicable penalty rates.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be confident and competent across the following sections:
* Burgers & Fryer
* Pans & Grill
* Hand‑rolled Pizza & Larder
You will also be responsible for:
* Maintaining high food quality and presentation standards
* Working efficiently during busy services
* Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen staff
* Upholding food safety, cleanliness, and workplace standards
