About the role:
The Treasury Accountant role is responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of the treasury function for JCDecaux ANZ. The role also has responsibility for some aspects of group reporting, fixed asset accounting, reconciliations, and special projects as required.
A Day in the life:
- Adherence to the Group accounting policies and procedures
- Demonstrate proficiency with using Oracle ERP and support the Finance team with system operations
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Weekly cash flow forecasting reported to the Head of Finance
- Monthly cash flow reporting for ELT reporting
- Work with AR to track and reconcile debt factoring
- Calculate and organize weekly repayment of debt factoring
- Ensure timely completion of treasury packs within Saphir
- Assist in addressing queries from Group regarding cash flow and debt factoring
- Understand fixed asset costs and depreciation to explain margin variances
- Assist with fixed asset register (FAR) maintenance
- Use Fusion software to identify disposals
About you:
- Demonstrated accounting experience
- Degree qualified
- CPA or CA qualified or nearing completion
- Ability to summarize complex data and provide analysis
- Attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills
