About the roleReporting to Senior Leader, People Systems and Insights, the People Systems Analyst will play a key role in partnering with team members to support operational day to day people system administration, and prioritised improvement initiatives, using your understanding of people system configuration and capabilities, employee experience and broader divisional priorities.You will be part of a team of specialists who strive to design and deliver seamless people processes, underpinned by reliable and informative data.Key responsibilitiesAdminister the day-to-day business as usual (BAU) operations of the People Systems & Insights team.Support the People Systems & Insights team with new functionality testing, documentation and release for the delivery of the digital roadmap for P&C.Collaborate; with P&C; subject matter experts to understand pain points and inefficiencies in business and digital processes.Support research, testing and recommendation of improvements to enhance the employee experience, reduce risk and maximise operating efficiencies across digital P&C; processes.Support the technical change process for regular upgrades and project implementations, including supporting documentation and approvals.Support end-to-end testing of system changes and version upgrades, ensuring all issues are addressed or escalated as directed and manage follow up coaching and remediation as needed.Work collaboratively with stakeholders and third-party vendors to define requirements and document outcomes, including detailed process documentation, training and change communications.About youAs the People Systems Analyst, you'll need a growth mindset and an understanding of how data, processes and our digital environment impact the employee experience.
