We are seeking experienced Rehabilitation Consultants to join our growing Injury Management team in the Fraser Coast/Bundaberg regions. This is a part-time position, and we welcome applications from those seeking either part-time or casual employment.
The role is fast-paced, collaborative, and rewarding, enabling you to:
* Assist with an injured person’s recovery, return to work, and life following injury or illness
* Conduct assessment and case management services across various client portfolios
* Support individuals in recovering and returning to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge
* Build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
About You:
* Rehabilitation Consultant with at least 1 year of Occupational Rehabilitation experience
* Disciplines: Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist (with relevant professional membership - AHPRA, ASORC, or ESSA)
* Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
* Honesty, integrity, a team-oriented attitude, and a positive approach
* Genuine commitment to continuous improvement
