Mercedes-Benz Perth are currently seeking a passionate individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our Fleet/Commercial Van Sales department as a Fleet/Commercial Vans Manager.
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, this role will be responsible for managing fleet sales processes end-to-end, from sourcing clients and fleet business, through to arranging the delivery of vehicles to clients.
Responsibilities
Managing client relationships
Quoting
Assisting with queries
Coordinating contracts
Meeting monthly sales targets
Arranging deliveries of fleet purchases
Managing the end-to-end process of fleet vehicle purchase for all clients
About you
If you are a highly motivated and sales driven individual with exceptional customer service skills, we want you
Prior experience in automotive sales roles, preferably Fleet sales, is essential.
Qualifications
Fleet/Commercial Vans experience is essential
Ability to meet KPI's and targets and perform in high pressure environments
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Have a valid Motor Vehicle Sales Licence
