LOCATION:
Hybrid in Charlotte - 3 days in office, 2 days remote
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
- Participate as a player-coach, leading operations, strategy, execution, and creative direction of brand marketing efforts.
- Optimize marketing technology campaign execution and performance tracking.
- Develop and manage campaign operation workflows
- Define, monitor and report on key marketing performance metrics
- Own and evolve brand identity, ensuring cohesion across all visual and messaging touchpoints.
- Oversee digital channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram) with engaging, value-driven content aligned to company values.
- Lead internal and external event marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Drive multi-format content creation (whitepapers, blogs, infographics, video, podcast, email) supporting SEO/AI SEO thought leadership, and demand generation.
- Manage the company’s podcast in partnership with a production agency—overseeing planning, guest coordination, promotion, and performance.
- Develop and monitor marketing performance dashboards, report on campaign effectiveness, and lead optimization efforts.
- Partner with external vendors and internal sales/delivery teams to ensure aligned messaging and audience relevance.
- Collaborate with leadership on presentations, internal communications, and sales enablement materials.
- Mentor and manage a Marketing Coordinator, fostering their growth across content, social, campaigns, and reporting.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing leadership, ideally in qualified services, consulting, or staffing.
- Proven ability to manage all marketing operations and brand execution across digital platforms with hands-on experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and similar tools.
- Deep expertise in content marketing, SEO, social media strategy, and marketing automation.
- Experience launching or managing branded podcasts or similar media platforms is a strong plus.
- Strong collaborator experienced in working with executives, sales, and creative agencies to align messaging with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with a track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns.
- Strategic, creative self-starter with a passion for innovation, brand building, and continuous improvement.
- Thrives in a small, tight-knit team environment and is comfortable juggling multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
