We're looking for a casual Social Support Group Assistant to assist in the development and implementation of recreational activities that promote enjoyment and social connectedness for our local community.
**Some of the ways you'll make a difference**:
- Assist in the implementation of a group program for clients who are socially isolated
- Support clients within a group environment to access the community via outings
- Facilitate social connectedness of clients within a group environment
**To help you achieve this, ideally you'll have**:
- A qualification in a relevant field e.g. Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability, or equivalent, or
- Working towards a relevant health qualification
- Experience facilitating groups or implementing a group program
