We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Operations Administrator/Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with experience in managing the ordering, delivery, and invoicing of products and services for customers in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage customer orders from start to finish, including purchasing, delivery tracking, and invoicing.

* Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with suppliers and logistics providers.

* Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.

* Support quality checks and report any issues with products or deliveries.

* Maintain accurate records in systems such as MYOB ERP.

* Communicate with suppliers to confirm delivery times and follow up when necessary.

* Monitor performance and report on delivery and order accuracy.

Requirements:

* Experience in logistics, purchasing, or order management.

* Good understanding of working with 3PL providers and suppliers.

* Comfortable using systems like MYOB, SAP, or similar.

* Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and time management skills.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

">
* International logistics or pharmaceutical product experience is a bonus.

* Knowledge of GDP or GWP is a plus.
