Looking for self-motivated, results driven Account Manager to join our fast paced, energetic and enthusiastic team.
ARA Fire is one of Australia's largest privately-owned Fire Protection and Detection companies. Our Western Australian branch located at Balcatta is growing rapidly and seeking an experienced person to join our dynamic team.
The role will work closely with nominated external clients, internal staff and subcontractors. It is very hands‐on and varied from day to day and often requires the ability to focus on multiple tasks at once with a level head. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Managing client documentation/software/portal systems
* Reporting (internal and external)
* Data management in ARA Service Maintenance software CLARAFY
* Client meetings
* Assisting other members of the service team as required
This role would suit someone who is currently an account manager looking for a change, or a service coordinator looking to take a step up to become a hands‐on account manager. It would also be suitable for someone with a trade background who is computer savvy. Knowledge of the fire protection service industry or experience in a similar industry would be beneficial although not imperative.
Required skills and experience:
* Ability to build long‐term relationships with clients through first‐class customer service and striving to exceed client expectations
* Works well in a team environment with a strong individual work ethic and is happy to take ownership of role
* Self‐motivated with an inbuilt sense of urgency and can work efficiently when unsupervised
* Possesses a methodical approach to processes and record‐keeping
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar type industry e.g. plumbing, mechanical, electrical, building services
